2.2 Google Business Profile Data

With your authorization, we access your Google Business Profile reviews, business name, and location data through the Google Business Profile API. This data is used solely to provide the Service - generating and managing review responses on your behalf.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the app.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers - only a reference token provided by Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Generate AI-powered review responses for your business
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, weekly reminders)
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Google API Data - Limited Use Disclosure

Re-Voo's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only access Google data necessary to provide the Service (review data and business profile information)
  • We do not use Google data to serve advertising
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you explicitly request support, it is necessary for security purposes, or required by law
  • We do not sell, transfer, or share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., our AI processing pipeline)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Stripe - for payment processing
  • Anthropic - review text is processed through Claude AI to generate responses (no personally identifiable information beyond review content)
  • Resend - for sending transactional emails
  • Law enforcement - if required by applicable law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, we retain data for 90 days before deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at privacy@re-voo.com.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke Google access at any time via your Google account settings
  • Export your data
